By engaging Cavallo Stradale, you agree to the following terms. Our focus is to ensure every transaction is handled with discretion, trust, and speed.

1. Eligibility

To buy or sell through Cavallo Stradale, you must be over 18 and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
Buyers may be required to provide proof of funds before engaging with a vehicle listing.

2. Vehicle Listings & Accuracy

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate details about their vehicle.
Cavallo Stradale verifies information through PPSR checks, service history, and inspections, but cannot be held liable for undisclosed or hidden defects outside of what is reasonably verifiable.

3. Transaction Process

Sellers can choose between Private Off-Market Sales (discreet buyer introductions) or Premium On-Market Strategy (curated public listings).
Once both parties agree to terms, Cavallo Stradale facilitates settlement, documentation, and transport arrangements.
We act as an intermediary and facilitator, not as the direct buyer or seller.

4. Buyer Qualification

All buyers must undergo verification.
Failure to provide valid proof of funds will result in exclusion from the process.

5. Fees & Payments

Our service fees are agreed upon before listing or introduction of buyers.
Payment terms will be clearly outlined in writing and are required upon successful transaction.

6. Discretion & Confidentiality

Both parties agree that transaction details, personal data, and vehicle information remain confidential.
Cavallo Stradale will never disclose identities or details without consent, except where legally required.

7. Liability

Cavallo Stradale acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the mechanical condition of vehicles, undisclosed history, or third-party actions.
Buyers are encouraged to conduct independent inspections in addition to our verification.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the service fees paid.

8. Transport & Delivery

We coordinate secure, enclosed transport with trusted carriers.
Once a vehicle is handed to the transport provider, liability passes to that provider under their terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
